I have elaborated my program to scan the entire Bible, verse by verse ( all 31,102 of them! ); the Old Testament in Hebrew, and the New Testament in Greek.
For each verse it performs the same calculation as above for the “PI” and “E” results in Genesis 1:1 and John 1:1.
It also gives the total gematria value for the verse.
Believe it or not, the program takes less than a minute to go through the entire Bible! [A testament to the Linux command line; Windows would crash and burn if you tried something like this].
I do not know all the important physics and math constants in the Universe, so I may be looking at something there and not see it!
So for the moment I am focusing on PI, E, and the Fine Structure Constant.
I have found 3 instances of PI in the Old Testament, 4 instances of “e”, and one instance of the FSC.
In the New Testament, I have found one instance of PI and 2 instances of “e”, as well as one (possible) instance of the Fine Structure Constant.

There are many fundamental physical constants besides “π” and “e” ; I don’t know them all, so I could be missing a lot looking at all those result numbers!
However, one which could stand next to “π” or “e” in terms of fundamental importance would be the Fine Structure Constant (α).
Unlike “π” or “e”, which are absolutely defined, the FSC is calculated by a number of theoretical methods, as well as determined by experiment.
The numbers obtained differ slightly, and there is some disagreement on which is the best to use.
I prefer the theoretical (actually, this has a Spiritual origin!) calculation using π and the number 7 like so: π raised to the 7th power divided by 7 times π
Where does this come from?
The name of God in Hebrew is written as:
In English His name is pronounced either Jehovah or Yahweh.
Look at the Hebrew letters – do you see: π7 π7 ?!
This is a clue – think of it as “God” or the “Name of God” , the source of all things, holding it all together in Creation, manifested as one of the most fundamental constants in the physical world!
FSC: α = π^7 / π*7 = 1.373413133679006e+2 = 137.3413133679006 ( The inverse is sometimes used: α = π*7 / π^7 = 0.007281130313070968 )
NO instances of the inverse number were found in the Scriptures, Old or New Testaments, Greek or Hebrew
When I scanned for the FSC I found one hit in the New Testament, Colossians 2:6; and one hit (very close match!) in the Old Testament, Psalm 121:3
Colossians 2:6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

Interpretation:
The concept of “π” is often associated with a higher dimension enclosing a lower dimension in physics, like a 2D circumference enclosing a 1D diameter.
The wording of Genesis 1:1 suggests the higher “Spiritual” dimension enclosing the lower “physical” dimension, as in “created Heavens and Earth”.
The constant “e” occurs all over the place in higher math and physics; I remember being wondered at it way back in school.
It is a very special number, kind of like “holding everything together” in math and physics.
It’s a bit of a stretch, but this can also be seen in the text wording of John 1:1, “The Word” is referring to Jesus actually.
The FSC (α) deals with attractive forces at the sub-atomic level. Exactly how that relates to the text in Colossians 2:6 and Psalm 121:3 I do not see.
Mysteries abound! (See Proverbs 25:2).
